B&B RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Check-in time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm; check-out time is no later than 11:00am, unless by prior arrangement.
Twin room configuration is available by prior arrangement.

All bookings will be confirmed via email.
The room rate includes gourmet breakfast, welcome afternoon tea/espresso coffee, pre-dinner drink & canapes, free parking & free Wi-Fi.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Credit card details are required when the booking has been confirmed by Ahuru House unless notified otherwise. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation experience to be made at the time of booking confirmation. Balance of funds to be paid by credit card on arrival or transferred by direct credit five days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ahuru House reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If this should occur a full refund will be given or a suggestion of another date to be honoured by Ahuru House.

 Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
NB: We recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover costs incurred in the event of Covid, any other illness or government restrictions curtailing itineraries..

 

DAMAGE

The guest accepts responsibility for damage or breakages caused by them. Repairs, cleaning or replacement will be charged to the guest account. This includes de-odourising that may be required due to smoking or vaping.

 

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Ahuru House has a non-smoking in room policy.
Ahuru House is Dog Friendly by prior arrangement for well socialised and fully house trained Pups. Our two girls will be ready welcome your fur babies.
No Self Catering in any room. Please note we can assist in supplying some food items/platters/pizzas etc on request.
